By submitting an item list to us over the phone, by email, by fax or mail to our office, we will provide you with an accurate binding price. If any changes need to be made, adding or subtracting items from the list, we can do that at any time and adjust your price accordingly. 4. Make sure the company you are hiring own their own trucks and moving equipment. We own our trucks and moving equipment for local and cross country moves. All of our equipment goes thru routine maintenance and inspections. Take a look. 5. Make sure the company you are contracting with hire and train their own movers. Some companies use guys off the street corner, day laborers and others. By doing that the quality of the on hand service in your home is jeopardized. We wont accept that, We hire and train our own movers in our warehouse before they go out on a job, we do background checks and quality training with time, take a look. 6. For customers in need of packing services please remember that the safety of your items is as good as the person packing them. Placing items inside a box as they are is not correct packing. We track our drivers using GPS tracking devices and can provide you with up to date status of your shipment. 8. For customers in need of storage time before accepting delivery at the destination, please make sure the companies you are inquiring with offer storage in their own facility and not in a public storage. All brokers and some moving companies use public facilities without your knowledge. We use our own full service warehouse that is climate controlled, monitored 24/7 and is OSHA compliant.
